Detoxing a Silicone Leak: Supporting Your Body After Breast Implant Rupture

When silicone breast implants leak/rupture, the body doesn’t just ignore the foreign material. Silicone particles and the chemicals that come with them circulate, triggering chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and a heavy toxic load on the liver, kidneys, and immune system. Many women experience fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, skin issues, and mysterious symptoms — often labeled Breast Implant Illness (BII).

The goal of this protocol is simple:
Bind the circulating silicone and toxins, support the organs doing the heavy lifting, and reduce inflammation while the implants are still in or during the critical window after explant.

This is not medical advice — it’s what has worked for real people dealing with leaking implants.

My Daily Protocol (30-Day Focus)

Morning

  • Baking soda water - first thing

  • Sun Chlorella

  • Minerals (magnesium, potassium, iodine, selenium — rotated as needed)

Midday

  • Turmeric + black pepper (strong anti-inflammatory)

  • NAC 1,200 mg (boosts glutathione, liver detox)

  • Fresh lemon + blueberries (natural Vitamin C + antioxidants)

Evening

  • Activated Charcoal (1–2 tsp) or Zeolite (1g) — away from food/supplements by 2 hours

  • Shilajit (minerals + deep detox support)

Additional Support

  • Epsom salt baths or heavy sweating in the yard (doing 6–8 hours min daily)

  • Strict clean eating — homegrown or Amish farm foods only

  • Castor oil packs over the chest area at night

This combination focuses on binding toxins, protecting the liver/kidneys, and keeping inflammation down while your body clears the leak.

In my case, I know that I will have them removed within the 30 days, but the protocol will continue for at least a month and potentially more aggressive (higher dosing) after they are removed to clear all the toxins.
