My Routine
What I am currently eating/ taking as a norm. This adjusts based on the season and food availability.
I do my best to grow everything and have it available year round. I have linked what I use if I do not grow an item listed.
Daily
Morning - Midday
Baking soda water - first thing and several times throughout the day
Chlorella (sun chlorella)
Minerals: magnesium (lotion preferred), potassium, iodine, selenium
Turmeric + black pepper - I make capsules and take 2-3 every few hours as needed*
Dandelion Root - I make capsules. daily with meals
Cinnamon - added to my chia, greek yogurt, and wild blueberry bowl as first meal.
Cayenne - best personal absorption is together with turmeric and black pepper
Vitamin C (fresh lemon + wild blueberries)
Evening / Night
Magnesium lotion (on feet for best absorption) and/ or mag glycinate capsules
Zinc Lotion (that I make) before bed, full body except feet
Shilajit - every night before bed to clear the day’s build up
Probiotics - with bifidobacterium (daily) and terraflora spore probiotic (2x weekly)
Additional / Rotating
Spike detox support(NAC , nattokinase, bromelain) — only when around people or in the city
Full moon parasite tincture (wormwood, clove, black walnut or neem) — 1 tsp at night, 2 hours after last meal, then shilajit 30 min later - for 10 days
Mushrooms - chaga (digestion) & lions mane. freeze dried from trusted source.
Ginko & black berry leaves - dried and powdered. often but not quite daily.
Activated charcoal (away from food and other supplements by 2 hours) - weekly
Epsom salt baths (as time allows)
Supportive daily habits
Clean eating (what I grow or buy from the Amish farm)
High mineral intake *this is key!
Sweating / time outdoors working the yard and projects
Enjoy life. This is the most important!
Yes my kitchen looks like a witch’s pantry with potions. herbs, spices, and tinctures fill an entire cabinet and are currently overflowing to others. harvesting and drying take over the kitchen often, as we grow most of the above. :)
