This is the common list, not every rare species. Look up amount, type, and time before you use anything. Food first. Make detoxing a part of your routine and avoid an infestation.

GENITALS

Make it a habit:
Crush fresh garlic. Add to food. Eat it.
Oregano or thyme (oil, fresh or freeze dried).
Ginger + turmeric + cinnamon. fresh, dried, in a tea.
Handful of pumpkin seeds with shells. Chew them well.
Clove in food, drinks, or just chew on it.
Small amount of black seed oil.
A few days a month or as a ‘moon cleanse’ - (not every day)
Wormwood + clove + black walnut hull.
Full moon swap: 10 drops neem oil or black walnut, understand what each does.
Skin bugs: oils go on skin. Do not drink tea tree.
This is mostly inclusive, however there are many rare parasites that I did not include because they are exactly that, rare. Check amounts and use common sense.
